Fanatical about retro?  So are we.  Popina Swimwear’s Portland Swimwear Boutique has two locations one in beautiful NE Portland, OR the other is a Swimwear Boutique in the Pearl District.  A shop we love is Billygoat Vintage, a store in the Alberta Arts District just east of the Popina store that features a carefully selected collection of vintage clothing.  I was in BillyGoat the other day admiring their unique threads, and I found an amazing book about retro and vintage hairstyling.  Good news?
